Eric Bland, CFA is the Director of Portfolio Management leading the firm’s public market investment research process and overseeing the portfolio rebalancing and trading execution of all public investment strategies. A Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Eric is a member of The CFA Institute, and the Baltimore CFA Society. Eric is a member of the firm’s Investment and Asset Allocation Committees and is Chair of the firm's Public Markets Investment Committee. Eric graduated from the University of Delaware, where he earned a dual Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Marketing and earned his MBA in Finance at Wilmington University. Eric serves on the Board of Mother Seton Academy in Baltimore City.
Lesa Crosser, AWMA® is a Senior Financial Advisor, whose expertise includes investment management, holistic wealth planning and life goal planning. An Accredited Wealth Management Advisor®, Lesa has worked in the financial services industry for 20+ years. Lesa is experienced in comprehensive financial planning, investment strategy development, portfolio design and management. She chairs the firm’s DEI Committee and is a member of the firm’s Portfolio Execution Committee. A Baltimorean most of her life, Lesa is active in several local volunteer organizations. She is a past member of the Board of Trustees for Caroline Center and served as the Chair of their Investment Committee, as well as a past member of the UM St. Joseph Medical Center’s Advisory Board.
Zach Ruchman is Director of Private Investments and leads the research and due diligence of new private market investment opportunities for the firm. A member of the firm’s Private Debt and Equity Committees, Zach has a strong track-record of working with a range of family offices and institutions to build innovative private markets portfolios. Zach earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Princeton University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, where he was a Jefferson Fellow. Zach lived in Amman, Jordan for a year where he was a Fulbright Fellow at Jordan Applied University.
Natalie Whelton, JD, LLM is a Financial Advisor and Senior Planner assisting clients on a wide variety of topics including estate planning, retirement planning and wealth transfer strategies. Natalie is Chair of the firm’s Tax Planning Committee; her in-depth knowledge of advanced tax and financial issues serves as a valuable resource for her clients. Natalie also serves on the firm’s Community and Charitable Outreach Committee. Natalie obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Louisiana State University, a Juris Doctor degree from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law and a Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Alabama School of Law.
