WMS at First Fruits Farm

In recognition of Hunger Action Month, a group of WMS colleagues were fortunate to lend their helping hands at First Fruits Farm in Freeland, MD. In addition to serving schools, senior centers and churches, First Fruits is the largest provider of fresh produce to the Maryland Food Bank.  The farm distributes 1.5 – 2 million pounds of food each year! The WMS team picked several varieties of tomatoes and 402 watermelons!
