As a Financial Advisor, Zakia assists in the analysis, research, and production of financial planning reports and collaborates with portfolio managers on the investment management of client portfolios, including public and private investments. She works closely with other members of the Investment and Advisory teams to develop holistic, personalized financial plans for the firm’s clients. Zakia serves on the firm’s Planning, Investment, Public Markets, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committees.
Previously, Zakia was a Financial Advisor with Merrill Lynch and a Financial Consultant with T. Rowe Price.
Zakia received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Penn State University and was the recipient of the Chancellor’s Award, an academic scholarship.
