Alex Aitken was promoted to the role of Client Service Team Lead. Alex is a Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional ℠ (FPQP®) and a key member of the service team at WMS Partners. In her role as Senior Client Service Associate, Alex works directly with clients to manage their account needs. Alex has over eight years of industry experience and is a graduate of the Metropolitan State University of Denver. |

Bettye Chambers was promoted to Senior Portfolio Accountant. Bettye joined WMS in 2019 as a Portfolio Accountant and has been an integral part of our operations team helping to streamline the firm's portfolio accounting system. Bettye is responsible for the accounting and performance analysis of investment portfolios and private investment performance data and daily reconciliation of client investment accounts. |

Emilio Egea was promoted to Investment Research Analyst. Emilio started with the firm as a Business Analyst and has had a significant impact on all departments of the firm providing in-depth research and analysis. Emilio serves on the firm's Private Debt and Equity, Business Development and Marketing Committees; he is a graduate of Loyola University. |

Cari Elliott was promoted to the role of Associate Advisor. Cari began her career with WMS as a Financial Planning intern and has been moving up our career path at a rapid pace. In her role as Associate Advisor, Cari provides support to clients and advisors in all aspects of our day-to-day client service. A CFP® candidate, Cari has passed the Certified Financial Planner® exam and is currently working on fulfilling the experience requirements set by the CFP® board. Cari serves on the firm's Estate Planning and Marketing committees. Cari is a graduate of Towson University. |

John Goodman promoted to Director of Client and Investment Operations. With over a decade of experience in financial planning operations, John has been instrumental in creating streamlined processes for the firm's investment administration process and oversees the day-to-day client service of our clients. John serves on the firm's Management Committee and is a graduate of James Madison University. |

Kat Lyon promoted to Senior Operations Associate. In her tenure with the firm, Kat has been a standout on our Operations team working in several departments. Kat started her career at WMS in the Funds Department, where she serviced structured settlements and followed up on overdue payments. Kat has assumed the lead in several complex projects, including the redirection of serviced client structured settlement payments and the sale of client lottery payment streams. Kat is a graduate of the University of Maryland. |

Greg Miseta promoted to Director, IT and Facilities. Greg oversees all IT operations implementing process driven systems and enhanced cyber security protections. Greg is also responsible for facilities management for the firm's offices. Greg has a MS, Management Information Systems from University of Maryland Global Campus and a BS, Information Systems from Salisbury University. |

Lindsay Novotny was promoted to the role of Client Service Team Lead. Lindsay, who has over a decade of experience in financial planning client service, works to streamline the firm's systems and procedures and mentor other client service associates. In her role as Senior Client Service Associate, Lindasy assists clients with everything from account set up to cash flow management. A graduate of Loyola University, Lindsay is a Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional ℠ (FPQP®). |

Harrison Rafiq was promoted to the roll of Associate Advisor. Harrison, who began his career at WMS as a Financial Planning intern, has been moving up our career path at a rapid pace. Harrison provides support to clients and advisors in all aspects of our day-to-day client service. A level two Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) candidate, Harrison serves on the firm's Private Debt and Equity and Advanced Estate Planning Committees. Harrison is a graduate of Towson University. |

Tim Riley was promoted to the role of Associate Advisor. Tim is a rising star on our Advisory team supporting advisors in all aspects of our day-to-day client service including the analysis, research, and production of financial planning reports. Tim is actively pursuing the CFP designation and serves on the firm's Insurance and Marketing Committees. He is a graduate of Virginia Tech University. |

Rebecca Streamo was promoted to the role of Senior Financial Advisor. A partner in the firm, Rebecca, is also a Senior Planner. Rebecca has over 15 years of experience in estate planning and assists clients in a wide variety of topics including retirement planning, wealth transfer strategies and property and casualty insurance. Rebecca chairs the firm's Financial Planning Committee. A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Rebecca earned her JD from North Carolina Central University School of Law. |

Natalie Whelton promoted to Senior Planner. Natalie, who has a background in private banking and estate planning, assists clients on a wide variety of topics including retirement planning and wealth transfer strategies. Natalie, also a Financial Advisor with the firm, is Chair of the firm's Tax Planning Committee and serves on the firm's Community Outreach and Charitable Committee. A graduate of Louisiana State University, Natalie has a JD from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law and an LLM in Taxation from the University of Alabama School of Law. |
